Michael Morreale has led The Chamber Players Jazz Quartet since 1983, and co-leads the "Mike Morreale-Ray Scro Big Band."
He has completed his Master of Music degree in composition from Brooklyn College. Michael also directs the "College
of Staten Island Jazz Ensemble" and teaches trumpet, piano and other courses at the college. He has also performed as
a sideman at "Birdland" with the "Lew Anderson Big Band" and "The Outpost" in Alburquerque,
New Mexico with "The Straight Up Quintet."
Vinnie Ruggieri is a long time member of the Chamber Players Jazz Quartet and fixture in The Staten Island jazz scene. He
recorded and released the CD "Soul Eyes" with the Vinnie Ruggieri Trio.
Bill Moring has been a member of the Players' Jazz Quartet since 1991. An Indiana native, Bill has performed and recorded
with guitarists Dave Stryker and John Hart, and has been featured in WBGO broadcasts and jazz venues throughout the United
States.
Tim Horner is in his third season with the Chamber Music Players Jazz Quartet. He graduated from the Berklee College of Jazz
and is a long time member of the "Maria Schneider Orchestra." Tim performed with the "Village Vanguard Jazz
Orchestra", and has toured Italy with vibraphonist Joe Locke.
